Is the only option to practice is if we upgrade our LSAC account? Does 7sage not provide any tools for practicing with the subscription? I have the LIVE subscription.

i fully did too until he explained it. it makes sense that it is more of a strengthener because it's saying that regardless of stretching, injuries result from mishaps that cant be prevented, which is the conclusion of the phenomenon being proposed
