Senior year of high school I took classes through a local community college for high school and college credit. Should I include this on my resume? The transcript is included in my academic summary report and it was only 18 credit hours. Also, not sure if this has an impact but after this I transferred to another community college to get my AA before transferring for my BA and I've included both of these institutions. Is a third too much? Thanks!

Took the August 2023 LSAT, just got a 157 and cancelled it.

I currently have the September LSAT scheduled, and I will be taking the October one too.

However, if I score worse than 159 in September, I would have to cancel it again. My file would look like absent-159-cancel-cancel

Should I take the September LSAT or should I reschedule it to October?

I believe I have until 31st 11:59pm ET to both reschedule to October and to register for October. Am I correct?

I felt pretty good about my LSAT writing. However when I got it back, I noticed two typos in the second to last paragraph (a missing "the" and a missing "an"). Is this enough of an issue that I should retake it? I definitely don't mind re-taking it, if this is something to be concerned about. I'm re-taking the LSAT anyways so I expect if I let them know, then I could apply to re-submit a writing exam.

I am trying to make sense of why I would get -14 on one section and -4 on other section of same PT..

This was from PT 75.. Has anyone experienced this score difference?

LG was by far my worst section (-17 on cold diagnostic), and now that is at a -6. I was planning on finishing LG, but these "in-out" games seem to rely on previous lessons in LR (I assume), is it time to pivot and do LR then come back to LG?

Also, how often do these pop up? I've done 3 PTs and never had one, just seq, seq twist, and grouping.

I thought that it was irrelevant, and therefore did not "support" additionally the paleontologist's conclusion.

Hi everyone--just wondering if people have advice on how to improve with these problem types? I've found that I consistently underperform on these games and I'm not sure why--I think my main difficulty is maintaining all the rules and working within time, but generally I find that I get "stuck" with them more consistently than I do with grouping or regular "in/out" games. I may have gone the optimistic route of going through this application cycle and am not only looking for advice but have some questions

. I was one of the few (probably) that submitted applications early in hopes that it would be easier for when I focus on my LSAT. So as it may, I’ve done all my applications between September and October. I’m practically stuck with what I have already submitted and am only waiting for my LSAT. Now that I am sitting here, I wish I had waited and done some more research/review before I decided to submit my applications. I do not believe my writing documents are bad, I have quite the confidence in them, but now i’m wondering how much better they could of been if I had a professional look at all my documents together to see what I am missing, what I could strengthen or completely omit.

I know my only options are to just email them some updated documents and hope they like what I’ve given them.

But I’m curious, is it possible to withdraw applications and resubmit in the same cycle? I do not think that’s possible, and even if it is. Does it look bad if you redo your application? Do they notice that you submitted one back in september, withdrew and then resubmitted a new one??

All advice would be helpful and if it’s just simply a silly idea, don’t be afraid to let me know. Law school won’t go away, so i know if it doesn’t work out this cycle, I have next year

Hello- Will 7Sage be coming out with a prep test module for test takers who plan to take the LSAT post August LG phase out?

While I was struggling with LR, I encountered and read Loophole by Ellen Cassidy. I am currently working on basic translation drill a training method introduced in the book; I read the LR passages and cover it up and write down or elaborate in my own words within 20 minutes for all stimuli in the section.

This, I find it very difficult since my English is secondary language, and it takes 1 hour to complete a section.

This method of training seems reasonable approach to conquer the LR in time but I wonder if this is something that can be improved.

Any advice or thoughts will be very appreciated.

Hi everyone! I'm looking for a study group in the Bay Area, or over Zoom! Please reach out to me if you want to connect and study. I really need an accountability buddy LOL.

I'm aiming to take the September or October test (I just started studying) and would love to work alongside someone who's doing the same.

I have one month until my exam and am consistently performing the worst on RC. Usually -7/8. My problem is, I don't know what I'm doing wrong. From everything I have read and what my tutor is telling me, I read the passage correctly and comprehend everything in it, doing a low res summary along the way, ID-ing the MP, and completing an analysis of where the authors voice is. I am doing this in 4 1/2 min too. However when it comes to the questions (particularly ones that ask me to make an inference or decide what the author might agree/disagree with) I struggle a lot and it takes upwards of 5 min. I've noticed that once I go back through and BR (reread the whole passage and do every question again) I usually get -1/0. Not sure if this is because I know what the questions will ask and therefore where to focus in the passage or if I'm less stressed about time or something. I don't know how to improve or even where I'm going wrong. Help !!

I guess I wanted to send a discussion to see if this would be a good idea for not.

So background info, I have already completed all my applications back in September because I wanted to only focus on my LSAT and not worry about my applications. So all my schools are simply just waiting for my LSAT score to begin looking into my applications. I’m in a position where I’m only working on my mental psyche bc test anxiety is real for me. Based on all my Pts I’m scoring between 153-160 but I really want to score above 160 to be competitive applicant due to my non competitive GPA. I have confidence in all my other applicant materials but I know there’s importance to the numbers (GPA/LSAT). I decided to also sign up for the January LSAT for a backup if i’m not statified with the score I receive. But i’m debating on either just leaving whatever score on my Nov I get and see what schools decide i’m good enough even with my average scores or canceling it/ leaving it and then working on my January test and if schools decide to make a decision prior to my new test score or wait for it.

If i decide to want to wait for my January score, even though I’ve already done applications, how does that work? Will schools hold back and wait? or will they make a decision and then determine if waiting for a January score is worth it?

I’m sure reaching out to my schools i’ve applied to and seeing what’s the best way to move forward is a good option but I have a tendency to think ahead to prevent a mental break down on Nov 29th lol
