Child labor laws are declining. Payment is decreasing. Inflation is skyrocketing. Housing crises are in tensifying. I can't provide sources here, but I have my BA/MA in anthropology and a graduate certificate in disasters, displacement, and human rights.

I won't know what to do from here.Any advice would be appreciated. I'm always looking for those who have been thought some similar challenges.

I currently have two transcripts on LSAC because I transferred universities after my second year of bachelors.

Am also an international applicant as well, so after CAS' credit evaluation I have a transript from my previous uni (never completed due to transfer) that says, 'Above Average'. This is listed under 'post-secondary institution'.

The other transcript from my current uni (where I will be getting my diploma) is 'Superior', and listed as 'Bachelor-Equivalent institution'.

I did two years from each universities as my credits were transferred to my current university's bachelor program. The transferred credits did not get converted course by course, and didn't count towards my total GPA-which required me to send two transcripts. Also LSAC requires transcripts from ALL institutions..

Does anyone have any idea how admissions work in this case? Do schools/LSAC take both transcripts into account or only the one that you get the diploma from? Tried emailing LSAC to ask about this but they sent me a completely unrelated answer and ignored my follow-up :(

Hello All!

I was hoping someone could help clarify a questions that I have.

I would like to apply to law school as early in the cycle as possible (not early admissions). I took the August LSAT and was hoping to use that score for apps but I don't think it was at the score range I would have liked granted all the technical issues. If I were to use my August score to apply but make a note that I am planning on retaking the test in January, would my applications still be counted as if I applied early in the cycle or as if I were applying in January since that is when the score would be updating?

Hi all I'm searching specifically for some astronomy or geology related RC, does anyone know where I can filter RC by topics?

My university hands out A+ (on official transcripts) but it's counted as a 4.0 and counts it the same as an A. When LSAC does my CAS report, will they count the A+ on my transcript as a 4.33 or use my school's grading guidelines and still mark it as 4.0?

I need some advice with my study plan.

I have recently finished CC after 5 months of studying; I was only able to study 3 hours daily since I work full time.

Currently I manage to do the 1 or 2 PT(s) per week;

I understand that I would need to focus on Pting with more later version as nearing the actual Test date.

But I wonder if it makes much change(ie. starting from old Pts vs. skip old Pts, use it only for drilling and do newer Pts) at this stage because I presume that whether those PTs are old or new, they are testing the same fundamentals/principles.

Any suggestions?

I'm wondering if anyone has advice to address a gap in my resume. I separated from the military in April but due to my husband also being active duty and us currently being stationed overseas I did not apply for any jobs. We were originally supposed to move back to the states in July which is the main reason why I didn't apply for jobs but his unit just extended our tour another year. I plan on applying for jobs not that we are staying longer but I will still have the gap. During those three months I focused on healing (I was medically separated) and studying for the LSAT. I plan on adding an addendum to my resume to explain the gap but I'm nervous it might affect my chances of getting into my school of choice. Any advice, or just some reassurance that the gap won't affect my chances too severely would be really helpful.

I was between D and E, and ended up choosing E. I can see why D is correct, but why is E wrong? I thought "directive" used in this context could be used as compelling the society to unite whereas "guiding" seemed a bit weak in comparison.

Can someone elaborate on this please?

Hi everyone! I am currently working on applications for Columbia, Northwestern, U Chicago, U Michigan, and U Virginia. I wanted to reach out to the 7sage community to see if anyone knew of recent graduates or current students attending these law schools, as being able to speak to someone actually attending would allow me to gain better insight into what going to law school there actually looks like!

Approximately 9:40 into the video, J.Y. says that a game piece that is the sufficient condition cannot be the item that goes twice because it would set up the necessary condition twice, which cannot occur in the context of the game.

I am confused why G or J can’t be in paired in the last group and cannot be the item that goes twice.

I recall in another lesson J.Y. saying in logic games where items can be used more than once, if an item is already triggered and satisfied, then that item can be used and isn’t constrained by it’s conditional relationship.

Does this sounds familiar to anyone or am I confused?

I have one month until my exam and am consistently performing the worst on RC. Usually -7/8. My problem is, I don't know what I'm doing wrong. From everything I have read and what my tutor is telling me, I read the passage correctly and comprehend everything in it, doing a low res summary along the way, ID-ing the MP, and completing an analysis of where the authors voice is. I am doing this in 4 1/2 min too. However when it comes to the questions (particularly ones that ask me to make an inference or decide what the author might agree/disagree with) I struggle a lot and it takes upwards of 5 min. I've noticed that once I go back through and BR (reread the whole passage and do every question again) I usually get -1/0. Not sure if this is because I know what the questions will ask and therefore where to focus in the passage or if I'm less stressed about time or something. I don't know how to improve or even where I'm going wrong. Help !!

Wanted to see if anyone could share their thoughts / been in a similar position! I'm retaking the LSAT soon and wondering if I should also retake the writing portion. My first writing wasn't bad in terms of structure and argument but it ended abruptly because I ran out of time (was missing two words off the last sentence), and I was wondering if it would be worth it to redo the writing because of it in case it affects admissions.

Because of all of the problems with the remote August LSAT, should I consider switching to in-person for the September exam? Has LSAC committed to solving the issues that came up? I would just switch to in-person, but I'm worried a change in setting will have a significant impact on my score. I've been taking my practice exams in relatively the exact setting I will take my real exam in, and I was really counting on that helping out with my "test day penalty". What is everyone else doing?

I was using my boss ive had for 4ish years. I had two questions. Should I use my boss as a recommendation, and his title is Store Manager, it’s not very prestigious should I add his title or leave it blank? thank you in advance
