I'm really thrown by this one. My thought process: a country with a stable economy is less likely to experience inflation or deflation. That is the assumption the author relies on. I thought (A) best reflected that, but the answer choice is (C), which I am struggling to understand. Why is the production of goods or services (which inflation/deflation depends on according to the author) specifically apart of the assumption?

Hello! I took the June 2023 LSAT and got a score I'm really happy with, but I am looking to retake in August so I can score a few points higher, which will hopefully put me above the median LSAT for a few of my top schools. I've been taking PTs (both timed and untimed) and reviewing them, however I can't seem to get a score above the mid-160s. Any advice on how to break out of this plateau? I'm not really sure what my next move should be.

I want to start taking PT but don't know where to start. I noticed that drill questions are taken from PT1-35... do people normally even use these as PT or start from PT36?

Hey guys, i'm wondering how people are planning on balancing their LSAT studying with prepping for applications. For context, I took the June test and got a 160, im hoping to take again in October to boost that as much as possible then have my application done in early November. Alot of things ive read and heard say not to wait until after your score to start apps cause they tend to take longer than you think to get through. Also, I am working full time so I really need to plan a course of action to not over commit myself. Any advice on how yall are metering your application essays while still grinding for the LSAT?

Could someone help me with why D is not the correct answer?

In the second paragraph, it gives the stats for carbon taxes and says "It should be noted, however, that these numbers ignore the effect of the tax on economic growth, and hence on emissions". Doesn't that imply that the taxes need to account for the effect on economic growth, and are thus influenced by it and would vary based on the effect that the tax would have on a country's economy (D)?

hello all! has anyone had the chance to study CC V1 and CC V2 and recommend one more than other? I have taken the LSAT before but I’m studying to take it again so since I am familiar with the test, I was leaning towards V2 to refresh my mind but also want the most detailed. Any suggestions?

A year ago (last may), I graduated from undergrad, and at the time, I thought I was going to be applying for law school the upcoming fall. Since then, I've decided to take a gap year to work, study for the LSAT, and get my law school applications together. Shortly after graduating, I reached out to one of my supervisor from undergrad about writing me a letter of recommendation and uploading it to LSAC. It's been about a year now and I am officially getting ready to apply for applications come this fall. Should I reach back out to my recommender about updating the letter. Maybe changing the date it was drafting and adding any additional information about what I've been doing over the past year, or just leave it as is? Does it really matter to admissions?

E is the wrong answer and A is the right answer. Can someone explain why A is right and not E?

This mistakes correlation with causation. Just because less people flew that day does not mean it was due to Friday the 13th. I selected C and C is correct because the weather could have been a factor in why they did not fly that day.

Hi folks,

I just finished the foundational course. For some of the lessons, I took it very seriously and tried to master it but then I went a bit faster and was not matriculate so I think I still need to master it or come back to it. Should I move onto the LR lessons and come back to the foundational course later or when I need to? or should I try to revise and nail it down before moving to LR.

I Selected option B but the correct answer was option A

The reason I selected B is because I viewed that "some resident feel taxes where High" as the conclusion.

Could someone please make me understand why is option A correct?

So I am registered for the August lsat and currently averaging 157/158. I was previously scoring 160 highest being 162 before coming across the more difficult lr on pt 80s and 90s.

I am wondering if I should push my test to sept or if you guys think it is possible to increase my score to 162 range by August test.

hi, after taking the LSAT last August I am gearing up to take it again. I have done most of the course work on 7sage but tried to take a practice exam recently and realized I had forgotten a lot. I want to know what is the best strategy for studying, should I begin the course from scratch and watch all the videos?

Hello. I am confused on why the 2nd section of LR, question 24, C is wrong for PrepTest 93 - June 2020

I started studying for the LSAT a couple weeks ago. I first used Khan Academy, then started using the Kaplan book, and after a couple recommendations from friends, have made it to 7sage. I am planning to take the LSAT in the October administration giving 10-11 more weeks of studying.

I'm trying to make sense of the difference in allotted study time between Kaplan and 7sage. Kaplan seemed to think it was perfectly reasonable to spend 2-3 months studying and hit your goal with 15-20 hours per week. 7sage prescribes as much as a year! Right now, the study calendar is prescribing me 40+ hours per week. Can someone explain why there's such a big difference between Kaplan and 7sage? Will I be okay taking the LSAT in October? How can I adjust the tools 7sage offers?

I am confused on why B is correct. I originally discounted it because it says "only by discovering the chemical composition of the protoplasm... ." I did not think that the passage reflected that this is the only way, but rather that it is an important aspect. Any help is much appreciated!

Are you allowed to have colored pens/highlighters during the real proctored exam? I study better when I highlight during my logic games outlines, and I wanted to know if the online proctor would get mad if I brought them out? I don't have any accomodations, and I wanted to know if that would work to bring out colored pens/highlighters for my scrap paper

Is there a way to make drills based off of questions you got wrong in previous drills? I only saw the option to compile questions you got wrong during previous practice tests, not drills themselves.
