When to take the LSAT

I am currently in my sophomore year of college, and I'm wanting to go to law school right after completing my undergrad. My score on the diagnostic was in the 160s, and my ideal score is in the 170s. Which academic year should I take my first LSAT test in so that I would still have time to take a second test if necessary?

Thanks!
Amy

Have you taken a diagnostic? What is your target score?

Also are you trying to start law school immediately after undergrad or are you going to take a few years to work?

It's important to take inventory of your life and the other things that take up large amounts of time. Are you still in college?

When you've studied and are ready.

If you're referring to going straight out of undergrad though, typically some will do June and then retake in September if needed. December is also an option but the June then September thing is common I think
