Can't take a problem set on the iPad

I haven't had issues taking problem sets on my iPad. What happens for you when you try to?

Yea, I have an iPad, no issues. Describe the problem pls

After I click on a problem set, it takes me to the page where it says "create a problem set, show existing problem sets, take a problem set". I tried to force refresh the page but nothing happens.

When I go back to my laptop to take the same problem set, it says "you have opened these questions somewhere else".

It works on my other iPad that has a newer version of iOS.
