Macbook Unable to Copy and Paste

Anytime I try to do a copy and paste function (e.g. putting particular comments into my notes) nothing comes up. I can do it with an external doc, meaning I can paste what I copy from 7sage onto a TextEdit or word processing document, but not with the online notes. Any ideas?

I am so sorry for the trouble.

I tried to recreate the issue on my end but unfortunately, I was not able to. I was able to copy a comment from a lesson to my notes using a Macbook with the Chrome browser. Please see the sample GIF below:

However, I would like to get to the bottom of this so that it is working on your end too. Please try the following:

1. Clear your browser's cache with these steps: https://7sage.com/clear-cache/

2. Try using a different browser. We find that the Chrome browser works best with our course.

Again, I am terribly sorry for the trouble. If you are still having trouble, please let me know what device and operating system you are using and what browser so that I can further investigate the issue.
