So true. It's quite disheartening hearing so many, regardless of background or discipline, commit what (in hindsight thanks to just a couple of months studying logic) seem to be very basic errors. Logic should be a requirement in high school as much as Science and History courses are.

^^^^ literally I find so many flaws in everyday speech because of my studies for the LSAT that it's starting to get annoying
I'm pretty sure this is a mistaken reversal. A --> B, therefore B --> A.
