Hey,
I know you didn't specifically mention entrepreneurship, but this may be helpful: https://www.quora.com/Is-a-law-degree-valuable-for-entrepreneurs
Check out the website for the trainer (www.thelsattrainer.com) - the author has study schedules that should give you a good idea of how long it should typically take to go through the book.
Hope that helps.
Part of the purpose of BR is to see how well you can identify the questions that you may have gotten wrong. So, by going back and reviewing only the questions that you circled you:
1. Are able to BR in a reasonable amount of time (blind reviewing …
Try it out both ways.
No matter what anyone says, at the end of the day, do what works best for you.
Personally, I find that each question type has a different strategy, and if I take the time to look at the question stem before reading the stimul…
I feel like I may have read about this on 7sage before, but @kjessa what you're talking about has a name:

The Dunning–Kruger effect is a cognitive bias manifesting in two principal ways: unskilled …
He explains it at one point in the course, but I can't remember where it was unfortunately. I'm pretty sure @Jonathon_Wang knows as well, you can ask him if you'd like http://7sage.com/discussion/#/profile/457/Jonathan Wang
Ehh, the more you keep it similar to test day conditions, the better. You're building skills right now, as well as habit, so it's to your advantage to stay as true to test-day conditions as possible. I understand not wanting to print out tests - tru…
Thank you so much for all your insight. Seems like many high scorers tend to categorize their mistakes as well, so it's nice to see your breakdown of each category. Also, I appreciate the insight on how to approach BR.
Thanks for the tutoring offer…
Hey K-Magnet, thanks for the insight! I'm just curious if you can expand on what you mean by sparks of memory and an example of the training you personally use?
Thanks!
Part of what makes BR useful is that it gives you a chance to see how well you are able to identify which questions you should revisit. That way, on the real test, your intuition on which questions to go back to (if time permits) is accurate. So, I …
Thanks! Very helpful. I am thinking about trying this or something similar - how would you recommend approaching a PT review to make the most out of it?
Also, how close to your PT average was your actual score?
Sorry for all the questions!
"Then I typed up a review of the PT on the lsat subreddit."
I'm curious to see an example of what you mean by this - is there any way you could link it? @kraft.phillip
Thanks for all the info you've shared!
They don't have access to your cancelled score. It just says "cancelled" on your score report. Regarding the written reason for some schools, that might be true, but I don't know. Best to check with the schools that you are applying to (or someone e…
@msmith85 - just curious, what specifically was helpful for you in the Trainer?
also, I agree with @tanes25 (feel free to message me if you have any questions.)
Two tips:
1. Make an effort to finish the easy questions quickly (as long as you are still accurate) so that you have more time for the hard questions that require more effort
2. Make sure you take the time to identify premise and conclusion - this …
@chrijani7 On the topic of habit, it may be helpful to start waiting until after section 3 to take a break, as you won't get a break until then on the real thing. Also, going to the bathroom (and eating a snack) during break are allowed.
Try to get in the habit of being awake for at least 2 hours before you take the exam (if at all possible - it usually takes some time for your brain to be fully alert.)
Also, if you recently adjusted your schedule it might take several days (at lea…
"make sure you take advantage of the hour early that instructors come to help with problems and bring problems you got wrong every single time"
100% agree @sacummin

It might help to look at what sections you are scor…
