I usually feel pretty good about LG but some questions were weird, I usually score -0 but this definitely was not the case. RC passages all seemed extremely convoluted.
As someone who is currently anxious for tomorrow's test, one thing that really helped me was realizing that the questions I find toughest are: (1) entirely solvable with what you're given; and (2) if you feel like you're panicking, attempt the quest…
FYI I talked to Jon about the issue and they will be sending out an email to those that were registered for the webinar in a couple of days. Just keep an eye out for it!
@LSAT_Athlete the crystal ball is a live webinar hosted by Powerscore where th…
I'm not entirely sure how helpful this may be but I was in your position last year - completely burnt out due to work and I took the November test. Did absolutely terrible on it and I had already registered for the January test. Because I was so bur…
As someone who has taken the test a few times and will be re-taking in October as well, I sympathize with your need to panic now. I would say keep diligently studying for the October test so you maximize the next 5 weeks, but register for the Novemb…
If you have the option to submit your application now and add a LOR later, absolutely submit. But like PatBakk said, ask someone else as well. It's better to have an extra LOR than to not have enough assuming your coworker completes it.
@determinedpugrat this is great! Thanks so much for the tips - I agree, I find that while going over untimed questions and drilling I tend to focus more on the different question types and all the strategies but I don't think that's the best fit for…
Not at all helpful to your conundrum but how have you been hitting -3 for LR? Any specific strategies other than the core curriculum? I'm ranging between a -5 to -9 (getting the toughest questions wrong) and need to get this number down as much as p…
@"andrew.rsn" Do all schools accept addendums? I haven't seen it mentioned on any applications/school websites for Canada.
I updated my initial post as I think there was a misunderstanding - I definitely studied leading up to the Nov test but expe…
@gabes900 I don't get my results until Dec 1st but I vividly remember the entire LG section. I don't have high hopes for RC this time either (the LG left me completely shaken until the 10 minute break). Although I can't confirm the exact score but s…
Update: I was still worried so I called LSAC. We are allowed to use at least a wireless (USB) mouse. We have to hold up and show both sides of our mousepad to the camera just like we do our paper. Good luck to everyone writing!!
I'm still struggling on LR but for LG are you catching all the inferences when diagramming? I noticed quite early on that under timed conditions I was rushing through my initial setup and thus missing inferences which were key to answering the quest…
Does anyone know if we're allowed to use a wireless mouse and a stylus (i.e., Microsoft pen for highlighting). I find it much easier to read with the help of one.
