I didn't start PTing until after I finished the curriculum, saw a 14 point jump on first PT compared to diagnostic. I'd suggest finishing the curriculum before jumping into PTs, otherwise you may be wasting good PT material.
Start with one or the other (Trainer or 7sage) and then do the other one. Use study plans for both (like onLSAT Trainer website). Good way to do it. I like starting with the Trainer because it's very macro.

In my opinion, this over-emphasis onLSAT scores seems rather silly and doctoral programs never place so much weight on one's GRE scores.

Thanks guys, that makes a lot of sense. I’ve still got a lot of ground work to do on games, so I think I’ll drill and do old PTs until I’m comfortable with games, and at that point move on to the newer PTs, whenever that may be.
@Aidoe Yes, schools give out fee waivers based onLSAT score (but also for other reasons, too). You still need to pay the LSAC CAS fee, which is around $30 per school, although that can be waived based on financial criteria.
I think @"Nicole Hopkins" has one of the best splitters stories in the community. When you join, you'll need to check out her webinar. https://7sage.com/webinar/my-18-point-increase-story/
