Admin's note: Thread hijacking! I'm turning this thread into the Official Dec. LSAT Discussion. Here's some ground rules, taken from my usual sticky:

We know that everyone will be excited to discuss what was on the December '15 LSAT, but mentioning specifics about the test (e.g., "Question 4 was odd" or "I got B for question 6" or "the 3rd LG was sequencing") can get both us and you in a lot of trouble with LSAC.

Saying that the test was hard/easy without going into detail is okay, but anything more specific is not okay. LSAC monitors this forum.

One exception is you can say which section was the experimental. For example, the LG with "flowers" was experimental. That's okay.

TL;DR: PLEASE don't talk specifics about December's LSAT!

I only had 2 LR sections. One was the one you mentioned. The other one said something about a waste to energy plant. Unless of course this was the same one as the knee you mentioned lol

I am curious as to what you guys feel was the relative difficulty of each section as compared to recent prep-tests? Like, do you think the LR was "easy"? The RC? LG? Or do you all think it was pretty standard?

LR wasn't bad. RC last Passage was rough for me. I think we can all agree that LG#3 was a joke? I cannot think of any clever ways to solve it. Brutal force is just a little better than guessing if you have enough time.

Joanne, not everyone gets the same type of section as the experimental. I got 2 Logic games sections, but some people didn't. If you get two LG sections, one must be experimental. Other people who only got one LG section only got the "real one." So that was the one that counts, the other one doesn't.

For some reason it seems like the experimental sections are always the easier one. You'd think it would be the other way around.

I had pretty much the same reactions as you, mimi. I'm hoping the one game that people are complaining about makes for a gentler curve.

I only had one LG and it had XYWZ so it was not experimental. Definitely one of the harder LGs I've seen...... ssiiiIIIiiiGGGgghhhhh

I think I only guessed on 1 question in that section. It wasn't too terrible, just time consuming

I didn't get 3 LR's. I remember questions about dolphins/seals, wastewater treatment plant or something like that, politician campaign contributions, bees...

I tried to think of some clever way to respond to how many questions I got since I likely got the real LG and then realized wtf LSAC the deed is done. Let's us suffer together

Game 3 was really difficult. I ended up guessing all the answers.

had an LR-RC-LR-LR-LG test. I'm trying to figure out which LR was experimental. Does anyone remember something about lemurs? What about dino nostrils/ocean vessels?

So pissed off because it was generally smooth sailing until I got to LG. Game 3 had no chill, guessed on all 5. Game 4 was also meh.

I'm guessing at least a -12 curve.

Zotter14 I had the same as you. Did you find one of the LRs to be particularly easy?

Yes, the one before LG (3rd LR) was somewhat easier compared to the other two. It was 26 questions. I really hope the first LR was experimental, found it ridiculously difficult right off the bat.
