studying yes, PT no, because you don't get to use earplugs during the actual test. so better to download JY's awesome 7sage app and to simulate the real test by using "white noise" and "distraction" functions :) -

You also don't want to get too comfortable with the 7sage app as a timer (great proctor tho) as you won't be looking at it in test day. The sooner you get your proper watch the better -
