No and no. You'll likely just write a simple addendum and that will be that. It wasn't a scored section violation so it's not a big deal. And most schools only care about your highest score so just see how you did and plan from there.
LSAC won't be willing to change anything, and the JC has no control over it. You could include an addendum, but if you do it should be very very short, like 1 or 2 sentences (adcoms don't want to have to read even more).
@Pacifico My point is that undergrad scholarship and GPA are already included in the application and being considered. To restate facts is redundancy not addendum.
