Probably not, seeing as you usually have a word count to your addendum and there is no place to upload medical documentation. If you have a medical condition that requires accommodations in law school, you can show the school your papers when you enroll. -

@"montaha.rizeq" it's definitely okay to write an addendum about something serious, but always better if you can also point to a better score.
