The only explanations missing for 1-35 are the LR explanations from 1-16. Everything else is there. You can access them via the method @"GSU Hopeful" described. -

Yeah your LORs will be good until your account expires - usually if they are older than a year or so it's good to ask your recommender to maybe update it incase they wrote something that was particular for that coming cycle. -
