Haha.. my symptoms seem to indicate a burnout.
Yes, I do feel guilty about taking a break for an hr. I actually feel guilty all the time.
I will make sure to give myself 2~3 days of complete rest before the test day.
It's burnout.... Took me about a week to snap out of mine. Btw... try reading Michel Foucault's "Discipline and Punish" during your days off. It will simultaneously blow your mind and make most RC passages seem like a cake walk afterwards.
@Nevill Haha I just took 3 days off and I feel so much better. I did some games to get rid of my guilt for good during those days, but none of the heavy lifting. You should definitely recover from burnout prior to the test day. We only have 2 weeks left!
Something similar happened with me. Burnout? Too much anxiety about scoring high enough leading to decreased performance? That's what I guessed when it happened to me. Have you read the thread about burnout being real?

Take an untimed test. You'll catch your mistakes and sharpen your decision making skills. I wrote about it on a discussion post a while ago. An untimed test gave me confidence in the timed tests I took after.
My last test I only got two wrong on reading comp. thank you all. If I can continue to do that and stop picking extremely dumb answers on LR I'll be ok. I'm within 3 points of my 160 goal score
