The LSATMax one isn't banned, so you're still able to use it.
But people have reported having problems with them because proctors aren't trained to be able to distinguish between a 180 watch and an LSATMax one. -

I just read today that you have to use a normal computer (desktop or laptop). You can't use a tablet or even a computer in tablet mode, unfortunately.
