Here's whatIdid when I was in your situation. I re-did the 7sage CC. Takes a long time (about 2 months), but it works. If you don't have time for it, maybe get a tutor to get some guided weakness recognition and practice.

I recommend writing a one-page DS for Columbia. That's whatIdid for them, and I asked several successful applicants for input. The consensus was that Columbia wants something that's a page or less for the DS.
