Try solving PTs untimed for a month or two. Since you said you have about six minutes left yet get 8-10 questions wrong on each section, it sounds like you are not deliberating your answerchoices enough.
I really like the JY approach for studying them - it helps you practice verifying against each side. Once I got the hang of them, though, I much preferred to read the entire stimulus and anticipate before lookingat the choices.
