I did read out loud on my lastFlex (/think out loud) quietly, and the proctor didn't ever say anything. It kind of just depends on the proctor and how loud you are.
July '19 was the last 5 section paper test. The in person digital 5 section test ran until the cancelled March '20 test, which became the May '20 test/first 3 section flex test. June '21 will be the lastflex test as they move to the 4 section format.
