You could implement the Trainer with your 7sage prep at anytime. What i did was go through 7sage first and then after finishing the course I started on the Trainer. A lot of the material overlaps but it was mainly helpful for flaw questions and RC. -

How long?How long into your prep did you start to add time, and become strict with time? and how did you get good with timing besides practice?
Well, just know that you probably won't find out on your *first* PT after finishing the course. I'm not saying you won't see an increase, but it will probably take a few PTs for your skills to truly shine. -

What’s your LG like? If you haven’t seen a huge jump in that particular score after completing the curriculum, you might want to do PTs 1-35 LG before going deep into PTs. -
