Based on Lakeheads website it appears that they will evaluate all scores and take the highest - it says the score reports that get reported to them is what they will evaluate. I will be emailing uwindsor , Lakehead and Ottawa.

Ditto what @10000019 said. If you're still in school, your university might have these resources for free. The university I attend has pre-law counseling in their career center. The counselors also help with personal statements.
I'm in your position and wondering the same. Didn't mention to my recommenders when I'll be applying. I'm going to ask Admissions Counselors in person when I can.
Try emailing instead of calling. Not sure if this will work but I wasn't hearing back about my accommodation request so I sent LSAC an email and the next day I was all set up.
Northwestern? Seems like everyone’s still waiting on NU responses. Whichever school it is, emailing them won’t help. You could just respond to the email which notified you that you’re on hold and say thanks I’m still interested
