This is a tough question. NOLA is a weird legal market and employment market generally. If you're happy to stay in LA (especially NOLA), sounds good. If not, you'd better be at the very, very top of the class to be able to get out of the area.

2) Yeah, ETA is definitely employment (ridiculously fun employment, but still). I listed Fulbright under work experience on my resume and plan to list it under employment for LSAC apps.
So you're thinking they just mentioning full-time, part-time, and summer basically to say feel free to include whatever employment you think is important (no matter what or when it was)? They're not asking for comprehensive resume?
What is your journey through your employment speaks of your determination, willingness to do what needs to get done, hard work ethic, etc? I feel like my 'work experience' hasn't been a 'normal' one.
