No points get deducted for guessing. The only way one gets a point deducted is if it is wrong, and no answer is 100% wrong. So if you are runningoutoftime start guessing you have a higher chance ofgetting points then not answering.

In RC, if answer choices are extremely subtle, then POE is a great way to find out nuance between different answer choices. The only situation I would not use POE is I really have to move on due to runningoutoftime in RC.
What else is going on? Is there a particular section you're losing points on? Have you started runningoutoftime on sections you were finishing before? Are you taking the tests sequentially and just got into the 70's?
