I would do some research on how this particular school treats gpavs lsat. Some schools put more value on your gpa and not lsat. Try "top law schools" blog. I always find it to be a good source.

To my knowledge, law schools don't care about graduateGPA, as they tend to be inflated across the board. The only GPA they care about is the GPA leading up to the first undergraduate degree.
I would not include it if I were you. If you didn't get the degree, it's not much of a soft, and they don't care too much about graduateGPA anyway. It might make them wonder if you'll do the same thing at law school.
