How are you going to figure out when to use this trick if you don't know the group3 and group 4 words by heart already? And if you do know them, why aren't you just doing it properly?
I've been playing around with this some more this morning and agree that now memorizing "converting" Group3 and Group 4 indicators to another type is one more thing to remember, and one too many. That slowed me down.
