I disagree. I think late 20s all the way to the late 30s have the easiest LRs. 1 to the teen PTs have harder LR sections for me. I think PT 1 to 16 or so have more weird types of flaws and stimulus.
As paulmv.benthem said, the later PTs are more straightforward.
