I've been meditating using Headspace before and after study sessions. It really helps me with clearing my head. Also, I'm looking forward to drinking something other than miller lite.
Headspace is a great start! Highly recommend it. My head's always racing with irrelevant thoughts but ever since I started using the app, I find it to be a much calmer place. Good luck! :)
How fitting with your username lol! Exercise/yoga and knowing when to take breaks have been my go tos for helping with stress. I also downloaded Headspace a while back, but I never made it into a real habit.
