Just got my score back from Nov. and super disappointed. Diagnostic of 147 and last few PTs have been 160-164 range. Got a 159. This is my first time taking the LSAT. I want to go to UGA, but their median is a 169...
... and it is above the median for the school I want ... than my target school’s median and my GPA is slightly ... above their median as well. Thanks in advance ...
Is anybody on here a current student/looking to get into Marquette? What score do they normally accept (I saw 155 median online, is that accurate?) Thanks and good luck :)
... whereas the general category's median is something like a 163 ... /3.7, the mature category median is 156/3.0. So ... technically boosted, just that the median for my category is lower ...
You can get into VERY good schools with a 175+ regardless of GPA. Some want that LSAT median boost and will accept you in no time. Some of these may even be T14.
Obviously, with an LSAT at the 75% percentile and a GPA above the 75% median i'd say your a lock for admission. I don't think anyone can truly say what $ you'd likely get. It would be decent but certainly not half or a full ride in my opinion. Good Luck :)
What kind of students should look at hiring a consultant or admissions help? If your scores are safely in the median/75% range, and you have a law school advisor at an Ivy League college, would you be okay without one?
@K S it does exist and it is AMAZING! you can find it at www.7sage.com/lawschool
The instructor is different (Larry) but he has the same teaching style as JY (funny but serious).
