Hi goalis180, aside from what c.janson said, I would recommend taking more recentPT's (36 and up) to more accurately represent the more recent exams. I used the older Pts to drill as to not waste any of the fresher copies for timed PTs.
Yup those are the three mostrecent volumes. Can't go wrong with those! If you eventually want the tests in the 40s, look on cambridgelsat or everylsat.
If I can only afford one of those logic games repetition workbooks for the time being, would any of you recommend a certain set? Such as, is it earlier to have the mostrecent or the oldest? Or does it not really matter? (I have PTs 52-71)
yes, if your planning on using 62-71 eventually then you can use 40-50 to start. The trainer is just suggesting that if you use 10 prep tests to study that it be the mostrecent ones since they are most indicative of what you will see on the LSAT you take.
To echo what everyone else is saying: above all else they're useful for getting in the early repetitions on questions. Once you work your way to the mostrecent PTs you're aiming to refine mastery on the skills you've built during those early tests.
