I'm a little confused. Online it says the November 2020 LSAT is on November 14th. Also, I don't really understand the concept of "Flex." This is my first time taking an official LSAT. Can someone explain?

From what I've seen on November's LSAT, they posted available times/days on the last week of the month before the test. So for the August, it seems like it'll be announced the last weeks of July
