You should get your email at 12pm EST. If it's your first time you can access ProctorU by going to login and resetting your pw, lsac creates an account for you but doesn't sent it until 12. I just did this and was able to schedule -

When the proctorU says you have 'Order Successful' you're good to go. On the day of there has been a glitch since the first/second flex-exam that you can register before the 'lsac deadline' opens. -

hey my mac was doing the same thing for the proctor-u pre-test check. you can call proctoru or talk to their live chat, and they'll send you to a different pre-test check site. as long as your computer works with THAT test, you'll be fine. -
