You will have an idea if this is happening if your BR score keeps increasing. Your timed score is the last thing to move. If your BR numbers continue to rise and you are studying consistently, one month is enough time to see some results.
I've experienced this phenomenon as well. To make things more fun, my last PT I got a really high score in one LR section, and a really low score in the other LR section. It doesn't make sense to me that they could be so off!

Agree with the other comments. You're not in a rush to apply, which is a huge luxury, so take the test when you feel ready. As someone recently posted (don't remember who it was exactly), study to a test score, not a test date.
