Yes this should be correct. Ive seen the june and February test dates but haven't seen the fall testdate yet. Either way the fall test has usually been either late Sept or early Oct.
It's different for everybody, but October is likely out of the picture so just prep for December with 2-3 PTs per week and see where you're at once the cutoff date for postponement/datechange arrives.
First thing you need to do is to start taking PT on a regular basis! Then, once you have a solid base of scores and analytics, you'll be able to make a good call on which testdate is best for you.
