Your LSAT is below the 25th and your GPA is below the 50th so I'd consider that a reach. I usually think of a target school as one where both of your scores are right around the 50th. -

Unless you had a reason to, I would leave them alone. They are crazy busy this time of year. Don't bother them if you don't have to. If they want to get to know you better, they will call you or set up an interview. -
