The last time I sat for the LSAT sit-ups were the only authorized exercise and they had to be completed behind your desk/table with the chair pushed in and nobody isallowed to hold your feet, but YMMV.
@lawgic180 you need the timed practice to build your skills! The two are inseparable. And in any case, the untimed practice to build up your schools is exactly what BR is! One test, timed then untimed, best of both worlds.
