I would say you're better safe than sorry since resubmitting an identical application with a higher score may come off as lazy or unserious to some adcoms in much the same way that screwing around on the LSAT writingsample can have a negative effect.
Reading over that writingsample though is getting me worried... JK! Fuck it. Didn't say anything crazy and it was somewhat coherent plus I seriously doubt anyone would exert the energy necessary to read my handwriting.
I would assume LSAC would make your writingsample available along with your score. For the most part though, it’s my understanding that nobody reads them anyway.
lol I added the writingsample to see about stamina - it was not about being a LSAT guru..
(I have a compressed nerve in my forearm and working on how to alleviate stress on that nerve)
... between the 5th and final writingsample. And then a kid didnt ... write his codes on his writingsample so we had to wait ... -5:00 They collect the writingsample.
Yeah. I have spoken to several people who have been granted accommodations, and for everyone who has extended time (including myself) we only have had to take 5 sections (2 LR, 1 RC, 1LG, and WritingSample). This is very confusing to me as well.
What everyone else said. Keep in mind that while the writingsample doesn't affect your score, admissions people can see it if they want. Don't get anxious about writing it, but do put something coherent together
