I love that he always came very prepared for each session with a plan to tackle all of my hot spots, with the perfect mix of questions which would both challenge and teach me the most widely applicable skills to implement on test day. Holly Shulman was a wonderful tutor! She was able to strike a balance between kind, supportive, and challenging to completely upgrade how I approach the LSAT. Each session I left with something concrete, and still hear her voice in my head asking me questions when I get stuck. Instead of relying on intuition, she helped me put words to the strategy, so even if your brain stops working, you have concrete tools to fall back on. I couldn't recommend her more!! I have really enjoyed working with my tutor Amin Mosam. After a few months of going through the Lesson Library, I decided what I needed to feel confident that I was working on the right weaknesses was to go the tutoring route. I started off with a 153 diagnostic and have scored as high as a 168 on Blind Review which I think is largely due to Amin's help! He does a great job of creating lesson plans targeted to my specific weaknesses not only when it comes to question types but also when it comes to strategies (timing and otherwise) which I feel is something you can't get from the Lesson Library alone. It's so helpful having dedicated time to study, especially as someone who works full-time, in a setting where I have no choice but to work through my thought processes in real-time with someone who not only understands the test really well but also me as a student. After some consideration, I decided to push my test date to have more time to get to where I want to be, which at first was frustrating but Amin has been nothing but encouraging throughout the process. Ultimately, I'm excited to continue working towards my goals which is made infinitely easier with Amin's help!

My tutor Amin Mosam has been a huge help for me. Initially, I started off with a 148 diagnostic which I guess in retrospect wasn't horrible, but I knew I was capable of more. I was really struggling with basic LSAT concepts such as linking premises to conclusion, as well as sufficient/necessary assumptions. However, over the course of the last 2 or so months, Amin has helped me make huge strides in these areas, as well as others. In part to Amin, I recently scored a 167 on PT128, with a 168 blind review, a 20 point jump in 15 or so sessions. Amin and I have also spent a lot of time on RC strategies to improve timing and accuracy, which have also payed huge dividends. Overall, I feel that with Amin's help, scoring into the 170's is no longer a fantasy, but rather a very realistic goal before applying to schools.

I had a super positive experience with my LSAT tutoring sessions. My tutor, Sean Gallagher, helped me to think more intelligently/strategically about a variety of question types and introduced a number of methods I have implemented that have been quite beneficial to my test taking. He was very accessible, responsive, and thorough when contacted outside of our sessions and had a flexible schedule that made it easy for us to meet. The takeaways from our lessons are integral to how I'm continuing to study independently and I can easily see myself opting for more sessions down the road as I get closer to my test date!

Before I started private tutoring, I was simply studying on my own using the other 7sage resources (drills, PTs, core curriculum, and group Zoom lessons). I was able to get my scores from the low-150's to the mid-160s doing this, but I plateaud and could not break into the 170s for the life of me. After 6 private tutoring sessions in a 5-week span, my official LSAT score was a 173. I could not be happier with the results of private tutoring. As a school teacher myself, I was impressed with Devin's ability to build a relationship with a student over Zoom. He came extremely prepared to every tutoring session with a ton of practice problems, useful tidbits, and guiding explanations. He helped my completely change my approach in the RC section and I immediately went from 4-7 wrong questions per RC section to 0-2 incorrect questions per section. He allowed me to change the tutoring plan on the fly to better address my deficiencies within the LSAT. If you are on the fence, I promise it is worth it to pursue private tutoring.

I would strongly recommend 7sage’s tutoring services to anyone trying to maximize their LSAT potential. I was paired with Himaja, and she was outstanding. At the time I started tutoring with her, my PTs were in the 157-160 range, and after working with her, I ultimately achieved my goal score of a 167. This helped me get into my dream school with a substantial scholarship, which would not have been possible without Himaja. She was encouraging, patient, and did an excellent job at explaining concepts in various ways to reinforce comprehension and understanding. Her tutoring and using the 7Sage resources were instrumental to my LSAT success and helping me reach my goals, and I believe others would have the same experience.

I strongly recommend working with tutor Sean Gallagher and the 7Sage tutoring program. Over 22 hours of sessions, his approach was consistently supportive and encouraging, which made a big difference during the stressful process. Working with Shirley was a great experience. She’s super knowledgeable about the test, but what stood out most to me was how she makes everything feel much more manageable and less overwhelming.

My tutor was David Cavada, and he was fantastic! The biggest struggle I had was pinpointing patterns in where I was going wrong, and David did a great job of noticing exactly where I was making my mistakes and working through them with me. The tutoring roadmap he set up was intuitive, detailed, and flexible, allowing me to stay on track while giving me the ability to change up lessons as my understanding of the exam improved. He was also patient, friendly, and available to answer questions outside of our sessions as well.

The only suggestion I might have is attempting to explain questions in a non-traditional way. Personally, diagramming wasn't always helpful, and it was easier at times to understand questions in a plain-language way. Sometimes, it felt like David had to stick to some pre-planned 7Sage strategy to explain questions.

My tutor, Dylan Rispoli, was exceptional. He truly went above and beyond to explain each and every aspect of the LSAT to me. He pinpointed both strong and weak patterns in my studying habits, thoroughly explained the best approaches to each question type, helped me develop effective timing strategy techniques, and more. Any questions I had were exceptionally answered and explained by him. Even outside of our lessons, he put a great amount of time and effort into my studying curriculum by writing detailed feedback and creating customized drills tailored for me. Dylan is clearly so kind and made the process much less daunting, as I truly looked forward to our sessions together. I am so grateful for his expertise and guidance during my LSAT studying journey.

When I initially decided to start tutoring, I wasn’t sure how or if it would help me. I was matched with Daisy, and the experience turned out to be truly amazing. Daisy focused on strengthening my thinking process and helped me learn how to work through problems independently, rather than relying on being given answers or being guided toward a single approach. We worked on test-taking strategies aimed at maximizing accuracy, along with structured “homework” assignments and goals that allowed me to consistently assess my progress and growth.

It is fair to say that I genuinely enjoyed working with Daisy. We were able to make the process engaging and even enjoyable at times. Daisy was very intentional about setting goals and ensuring I stayed on track. She also made sure I felt comfortable and supported during this difficult period in my life.

After using 7Sage for about 3 months I realized I needed a little bit of extra help to really understand some of the concepts I wasn't getting. I was paired with a tutor named Josh Aldy for 7 hours of sessions. He was by far one of, if not the best, teachers I have ever had the pleasure of learning from. Every struggle and doubt I had about the test and certain question types has now been alleviated. For a tutor to understand my needs and completely deliver beyond my expectations was incredible to experience.
