I doubted for a while whether I should pay for tutoring, but now I am just sad that I didn't start it sooner. Dylan was super prepared, since day one. He prepared what we would be reviewing ahead of our sessions, took the time to review my analytics before every class to see what I had worked on alone and what would be best addressed together. He made sure to pay attention to what my strengths were so that he could help me apply them to the places that needed improvement. He helped me work with the skills I already had in order to implement them correctly for maximum improvement. He was conscious that we had limited time to prepare and maximized our sessions to target exactly what I needed help on the most. He never made me feel dumb for working a question incorrectly, but instead focused on what I did correctly and how to improve it, which was also a great confidence boost while drilling/prep testing and helped me retain the processes better.
