How hard is PT 119?
Its questions are easier than most, and the curve makes up for it. LSAC sets each test's curve so a score means the same thing on every test: the harder the questions, the more you can miss for the same score. PT 119's curve is stricter than 87% of the new-format PrepTests, so expect a higher raw score than usual, not a higher LSAT score.

About PrepTest 119
Which section of PT 119 is experimental?
Section 4 (Logical Reasoning) is the experimental section on PrepTest 119. It's unscored: it's there so the test has four sections, like the real LSAT, but it doesn't count toward your score. The other three sections make up the 77 scored questions.
When is PT 119 from?
Most of PrepTest 119 was first given in June 2005. LSAC rebuilt it from two older tests, with no logic games: Sections 1–3 from PrepTest 46 (June 2005) and Section 4 from PrepTest 40 (June 2003).
