How to Cancel Subscription Paid via PayPal Account

Normally, you can cancel your 7Sage subscription with just a couple of clicks. However, if you subscribed using a PayPal account rather than a credit card, it's a little harder. Sorry!

If you subscribed via a PayPal account, you can cancel your subscription by either:

(A) Emailing studentservice@7sage.com to ask us to manually cancel your subscription,

OR

(B) Doing it from PayPal, manually:

  1. Go to paypal.com and log in to your account
  2. Tap the gear icon in the top right to go to settings
  3. Tap "Payments" in the top bar
  4. Tap "Manage automatic payments" button
  5. Tap "7Sage Education Inc." in the sidebar to select 7Sage subscription.
  6. Tap "Cancel" button to start cancellation.
  7. Tap "Cancel Automatic Payments" button to confirm cancellation.
