UPDATE: Site and app are back up again! Luckily everything went smoothly, so the total downtime was less than an hour :)

We are moving the site to new servers very soon on Thursday, November 19. This will affect both the site and the App.

We are taking the site down starting at 11:30pm Eastern (8:30pm Pacific) time. ​We hope to have the site back up within a few hours, but it may take longer, so please expect it to be down until the next morning.:(

The good news is: based on our testing, the site should be faster after the move :)

If you are still unable to access the site the next morning (Friday, November 20), please clear your DNS Cache (https://documentation.cpanel.net/display/CKB/How+To+Clear+Your+DNS+Cache). If that doesn't help, please send us an email.

    Yup, if you preload a video, it should continue to work while the site is down. You have to make sure not to close the window or refresh the page though!

    @974 If you're taking Dec. 5th you should be PTing and BRing so you don't really need the site for that :) Or just use it as your day off since you need to keep from burning out and there's not much more to be done this close to the exam anyways...

    So does that mean all of the videos are down? If I click on a game explanation before 8:30pm tomorrow and preload it, will it still work? Or are you moving all of the videos somewhere else? I am confused. I don't understand server stuff. Just freaking out because I am PTing and BRing tomorrow because it's my only day off :/
