Note:

  • For everyone: take the PT under timed conditions; BR as you are able on your own; then join us for all or part of the call—everyone is welcome.
  • Note: For the purposes of the call, we like to check our group blind review score together at the very end of the call :) So at least don't say ... "No guys, really, it's D, I checked it.” KEEP THE CORRECT ANSWER TO YOURSELF. Win the argument with your reasoning.
  • These groups work best when folks from ALL stages of prep and with all different goals join in! Not just for "super-preppers" and definitely not just for the casual LSATer (does such a person exist?).
  • The only expectation anyone has for these calls is for you to have fun and ask questions as you desire. We are just a bunch of LSAT lovers who gather via GoToMeeting and intellectually slaughter each test.

Do you suggest we fully BR our test before the call? I'm taking PT 65 tomorrow morning and I won't be able to BR the whole test before 8pm.

Hey, sorry I missed this! I think @twssmith644 covered it pretty well, but just wanted to follow up for future reference. Like T said, recommended but not required. The point of BR is to make sure you understand, on a very high level, the logic and mechanics behind each stimulus, question stem, and answer choice. If the group discussions allow you to achieve that, then mission accomplished. Many people prefer to go through this process individually first. On test day, you will find yourself alone, so the reasoning is that it is better to do it alone before Group. I'm not actually sure this has anything to do with the value of a BR, although I do personally prefer to BR on my own first. Ultimately though, as long as you get to that moment when you "see" each question you were unsure about under time; then you have earned the understanding and experience that a given question has to offer. So whatever you do, just make sure it gets you there and you'll be fine.

@ethanrauf617 Many people join BR calls without BR'ing and it works. Since we only BR the LR sections, I try to personally BR those sections before the call but it is not necessary.

Look forward to seeing you tomorrow night:)
