I know not everyone can afford that, so I would say the next best bet is searching your campus or local library. Mine had all the PTs from like PT 7 all the way up to PT 61...

7Sage accidentally made them available for a few days last summer which is when I obliviously printed them thinking they were included. But since that is not likely to happen again, I would recommend buying them used online probably on Amazon. LSAC sells books of 10 prep tests.
I do think once you have bought them, it is more or less ethical to either scan them in or pirate them for the ease of printing them instead of photocopying them.
Ah I guess my best bet is to buy the LSAC books containing the tests.

I found the second one in perfect condition for around twenty dollars.
