I am only able to see account extension for a period of one month. Can we no longer extend account access for multiple months at a time? Or is that just me?

Unfortunately, our policy has changed, and currently we can't explain any further (although, we may be able to disclose more come February). We now only have the option to extend for one month at a time, but you can choose to do it multiple times. So for example: If you wish to extend for two months, you just need to purchase the 1-month extension twice.
In the meantime, if this change caused difficulties for you, reach out to student service via DM or email and we'll hear you out and do what we can to help.
I'm seeing the same thing. @elaine760 are we not able to extend longer than a month now?
