I just took it on October 1st and I recommend just a regular 16oz water bottle. You only get one break.. so you do not want to worry about having to use the bathroom during the test.
Where are people seeing that only 20 oz are allowed? Look at #13 under Terms and Conditions: "Food and beverages are not permitted on the workspace during the Test other than water in a clear and entirely transparent container" https://www.lsac.org/about/lsac-policies/lsac-candidate-agreement/2024-2025#permitted-items-tc
I think it has to be a clear water bottle
just dont drink anything
Call the LSAC and get the clarification on this.
