#help The reason why I thought A was wrong is because of the first sentence of the stimulus. It gives us some consequences of the legislation. So, aren’t those consequences taken into account in the evaluation of the legislation? I thought A was wrong because the evaluation already takes into account some results of the legislation so A is descriptively inaccurate. The stimulus does not take into account “intentions alone.”

How am I looking at this wrong?

#help Couldn’t an amino acid could have still formed in a non-reducing atmosphere because it says that they “tend to break apart when they do form?” Doesn’t that imply that some do form and that some do not break apart? This is why B confused me.

Why can’t we negate the conclusion to /should not play the practical joke and then have the negated argument be /contempt and /believe it would harm —> /should not play practical joke
