    I thought that paragraph 4 was presenting the solutions to the issue as the court ended up ruling in favour of Boyd? Meaning that it is the main point of the passage? #help #feedback

    Would it also be acceptable to isolate the sentence beginning with "it defies common sense" as Main Point-y? Felt very opinionated to me

    @nnkNewYork I think this could be a sub-conclusion of the Court's opinion, but not necessarily the passage's main point. The passage as a whole is more focused on the problems arising from inconsistent definitions of 'traditional,' rather than just addressing the issues with that particular definition of 'traditional.'
