I can't use PTO at my new job til after March test so IDK if it's possible for me to do more than one full PT a week! Any advice on this particular situation? I am registered for March and April, considering breaking open the more recent tests as I near test day, thoughts?

Hi All,

I am looking through my 7sage syllabus and wanted to see if anyone had advice on how they modified their course/syllabus to learn information as well as do successful drills? (Successful relating to the fact you understood the content and implementation of the coursework.)

I appreciate any potential advice, I plan to take the test August of 2022.

Thank you!

Hi everyone,

LSAC recently announced the dates for the next 11 administrations of the LSAT through June 2023.

The remaining start dates for LSAT administrations during the current testing year have been updated as follows:

Friday, March 11, 2022

Friday, April 29, 2022

Friday, June 10, 2022

For the following testing cycle, planned start dates are:

Friday, August 12, 2022

Friday, September 9, 2022

Friday, October 14, 2022

Friday, November 11, 2022

Friday, January 13, 2023

Friday, February 10, 2023

Friday, April 14, 2023

Friday, June 9, 2023

The LSAC stated that in some cases, an additional testing day, or days, may be added and these dates are subject to change. Candidates will receive detailed information regarding test days and scheduling as their registered test date nears. The LSAC will be posting more detailed information in the days ahead about registration deadlines, score release dates, and other important milestones, but they wanted to provide this overview of the 2022-2023 testing cycle as soon as possible to help you plan.

Given the expressed preference of the substantial majority of test takers, the LSAC will continue to provide the LSAT in an online, live remote-proctored format. While a return to test administration at test centers has been explored, the ongoing public health emergency caused by the COVID-19 pandemic has made it difficult, if not impossible, to make any long-term plans to return to in-person testing at this time.

So I was practicing some LR and RC questions and came across a few words where I didn't know the definition. I did try to figure out what their meaning could be following context clues in the sentences, but still couldn't understand them.

An example of one of these words was "pedagogical". In the context of the sentence I couldn't figure how it related to the conclusion, which then threw off my whole understanding of the paragraph. I ended up just guessing an answer and moving on. I then looked up the definition later when doing the Blind Review and got the correct answer.

Does anyone have any tricks on what they do during a situation like this, or do you also just say "whatever" and move on to possibly come back later?

Hey y'all! I am 3 weeks into my LSAT study prep and I'm wondering whether the study schedule or syllabus option is best. I have just been going though the syllabus every day and while its working, I don't know if I should be focusing more on how the study schedule sets up the material. Is it fine to just go through the syllabus or should I abide by the study schedule they generate? I am planning to take the test in 3-6 months.

Shooting for 170

My diagnostic was a 139 back in May of 2021. Currently scoring in the high 150s with a goal of 170 on the June LSAT. Currently -8ish on LR, -6ish on RC and anywhere from -1 to -5 on LG. Currently I'm doing 1 LG section per night with either an LR/RC in addition. I also do 1 PT per week. Tips on best way to improve?

So I didn't get a lot of sleep today and Ive been trying to do some new logic games but I feel sluggish and like my braining is buffering everything slowly. I'm gonna wait until I get a good night's sleep before I attempt anymore LSAT stuff but this left me with a question. Do you guys think the optimum way to study the LSAT is only when you get a good night of sleep or should we study the LSAT even if wwe're sleep deprived?

Hello. I believe I will be done with the course by next week. My lsat is for February 2020. I know I will not be able to take all 99 prep tests before then but was wondering if I should go in order from prep test 1-15 lets say or start at prep test 75 and go from there?

I am not really certain how legal education works, but I know bars are state specific. If one goes out of state school, nearby, would we then have harder time preparing for bar. Again, I am not sure how legal education goes but assuming schools of specific state would give preference to teaching laws of that state to prepare students for that state bar. Any inputs would be much appreciated. Thank you!

50 hours a week?!

So, starting January 17 to take the June test, requires over 50 hours a week of study. That's over 5 months, and the schedule requires 50 hours a week?! That can't be right. I can do 20-30 hours a week, so how do I adjust this in my schedule?

I would like to get advices on how can I consistently improve until my test? I'm doing PT's more frequently now leading up to my test but ideally I need to score in the mid to high 150s. I blind review and watch the videos after too but my biggest problem is changing my thought process for LR.

Thank you in advance!

Hi all. I know that there will be 4 sections on the real LSAT, with 3 being scored and 1 being experimental. However, the default option for taking prep tests gives you 4 scored versions. Would you guys recommend taking the flex test (which would perhaps lead to a more accurate score?) or taking the regular version to more accurately simulate the endurance required for the real test? I am leaning towards the latter option, but I know LR is my strong suit, and I don't want to give myself false confidence with the benefit of a higher % of my total score coming from LR. Thank you!

I have one LOR already submitted, and I'm waiting on a second one. They are both professional. The one that is submitted is from my boss at a job I had while going to school. The second is from an attorney coworker I had at my most recent job.

I am confident that the first LOR speaks very highly of me and my abilities. That guy thinks I walk on water.

I am less confident in the second LOR. He knows me, and I worked with him every day. He is a good guy, but he is really dragging his feet on this thing. He agreed to do it back in November, I contacted him about it at the beginning of this month and he again agreed to have it done as soon as possible. He hasn't replied to my emails since then.

Should I just go ahead and submit my applications and add his LOR later if/when it happens? Should I ask someone else?

    What does everyone think?

I'm using the schedule, marking each section as I move through it. I glanced ahead and only see one PT, the June 2007 test. But then I don't see anymore up to the actual test on March 12th. That can't be right, right? Will there be more PT's I'm just not seeing in the Syllabus?

    Hey you guys,

I've seen some questions and answers regarding whether LSAT Flex can be taken on full-screen.

I was not able to find any answers on the other way around.

I don't have a laptop, but instead I have an 27inch iMac. My screen is too huge to have my LSAT page full-screen.

It would just be a nightmare having to move my mouse back and forth just to click on the next button.

For those of you kind people who have an experience with taking LSAT Flex (or however you call it now - at home LSATs with your own cpts), were you able to adjust the screen size to your preference?

Thanks for the help. I might have to find some ways to rent a laptop if the above is not the case :/

Took the Jan LSAT and was going -0 on games for the past 5 PTs!

Having major anxiety waiting for my score, and I figured helping someone else out could help me with my own practice incase my journey isn't over lol.
