I thought choice E is wrong because the stimulus said 'MAINLY', which means air-conditioning is the main reason. Therefore, the new thermal-insulating technology, which as ONLY an alternative cannot replace the air-conditioning as a main reason for the change.

I spent hours to try different browsers, computers, wifi locations. I politely asked 7 Sage whether others have the same issue but they declined and continued to ask me to prove I had tried everything they mentioned. It's the IT support needs to work on this issue rather than asking the users wasting their time to update their systems.
